Benefiting our community for its preservation, beautification, and education.
The Camden Garden Club does more than provide great gardening inspiration for local and visiting gardeners with the annual House and Garden Tour. The Club is dedicated to furthering the the younger generation's interest in gardens, and provides support to those who aspire to become future professional gardeners by supporting education in earth sciences. The Garden Club is also responsible for keeping the pubic spaces in our town beautiful for the enjoyment of everyone. Donations in support of these programs by the Garden Club are graciously accepted.

The Scholarship Fund
Since 1984, the Garden Club has supported high school graduates pursuing a degree in earth sciences such as Horticulture, Botany, Landscape Architecture or Environmental Studies. An annual scholarship at Tanglewood 4-H Camp enables it to aid a local youth who wants to focus on an environmental area of interest during their summer camp stay.
Beautiful Public Spaces
The Garden Club is responsible for the beautification of the downtown area of Camden. This includes the Village Green, Public Landing, traffic islands near the Library, the hanging baskets on the downtown street light poles and flower planting at the Camden-Rockport Archway boxes, just to name a few.
