Diana Logan invites us to come to her property on top of Dodge Mountain at 6 Clayton Lane, Rockland.  If you’ve never driven up Dodge Mountain, it’s worth the trip. Thanks to Sherry Cobb and Barbara McNulty who will be our Master Gardeners.

Property Profile:  Diana says she has a very steep bank where she has Bearberry bushes but she’s been losing at least 20 bushes each year for the past 3-4 years.  Problem areas: Parts of bank are rocky and sandy. Wind can be very harsh.  Erosion is a major issue. Mulch runs off downhill.

Directions: West Meadow > Tolman > Dodge Mt > left on Clayton Lane. Or use GPS.Second gray house on right.  About 20 minutes from Camden.  Parking in driveway is fine.
